LOGICOOL Directors Karl and Gill Richardson nominated Disa back in November 2013 for the Frontline Customer Service Award. This was to be the first award of its kind in the air conditioning industry after Stephen Gill posted a blog on the ACR News website.Disa joined LOGICOOL March 2011. In this time she has completed NVQ Level 2’s in Business Administration and Marketing. She is now commencing a Level 3 NVQ of the latter and is responsible for our new website, marketing strategy, advertising and marketing budgets.

In the application submitted for the award, Karl and Gill explained, “One thing that stands out is that Disa will be often be the first person to answer the phone regardless of her workload. There is never any negativity in her voice when speaking to customers or suppliers. She emits a positive enthusiasm at all times. Working at the Coal Face in sales and distribution means that there will always be challenging situations especially when there are logistics issues to deal with.”

LOGICOOL invited a few of their customers and supplier account managers to attend the awards with them. This was a great way to thank customers for their business over the years and thank them for their support in helping Disa win this prestigious award.
