Gill Richardson
Customer Services Director Gill Richardson has been with Logicool since our formation in 2008. Gill is responsible for Credit Control, Health & Safety and Training. Gill is also a passionate volunteer, creating and managing a Community Support Cafe and also working closely with Foodbank.

Karl Richardson
Managing Director Karl Richardson has been in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry for over thirty years. His CV includes over 20 years in VRF application and the management of Technical and Product provision at a national level for some of the most prominent companies in the industry. Knowing what customers need from first-hand experience at many levels, Karl’s vision for Logicool was to use basic technical and customer service skills as building blocks for the growth of the Company. Karl also campaigns for improved industry standards and was the inspiration for the Refcom Elite Supplier Scheme. Outside of work, when time allows, Karl likes a beer with friends and is passionate about all things Lincoln City.

Angela Stafford
Angela Stafford has been in the ACR industry for over 17 years, initially within the service & maintenance sector prior to branching out into sales of all mechanical works for an M & E Contractor. From 2014 Angela has been working as an Area Sales Representative covering the Midlands region and joined Logicool in 2016. Key strengths include new business sales and customer service. Angela is always keen to take on new challenges and is a key member of the management team at Logicool

Lilly Richardson
Lilly joined Logicool as an apprentice in 2015. She is a key part of the Small Projects team and is responsible for fast-turnaround quotations for spares and split systems. Lilly is passionate about her work, likes to improve and is ambitious about improving her skills in the HVAC industry. Outside work, Lilly is also a Brownie Leader

Peter Thompson
After working in the air conditioning and refrigeration since 1984, I have had many duties and responsibilities. Starting with logistics and stock control, moving to internal sales, technical sales that then evolved into external Sales. My first senior management role was in 2003 when I was responsible for business and sales from multiple branches within some large organisations. In recent years, I have used my experiences to put the personal touch and trust back into our industry. My mission is to build strong customer partnerships and provide solutions and support advice in return for business. Outside work, Peter is very passionate about Drag Racing and owns a very interesting car.....

James Toman
James started out as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer after leaving school. He completed level 2 & 3 NVQ at college, and subsequently worked on the tools installing and commissioning for 15 years. James then progressed into a Technical Sales role. Prior to joining Logicool, James was working in the building services sector in various roles of supervision & management specializing in HVAC. Outside work, James is a passionate family man and Liverpool supporter as well as a fan of all sports.

Tyrone Dunnet
Tyrone has been in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry for just under thirty years. His career has included over 20 years in VRF application and service for some of the most prominent manufacturers in the industry and has taken him all over the globe, having worked in Western Australia for Mitsubishi Electric. Understanding customers needs from direct experience at many levels has enabled him to deliver the service the customer requires from service engineers requiring parts to large M&E companies requiring multi million pound projects. Outside work, Tyrone is a passionate Tottenham supporter.

Ian Smith
Ian Smith has evolved his career from working in the Plumbing Supply industry to becoming an industry expert for all things Air to Water. Ian has helped revolutionise the business in this approach as we look to embrace all HVAC technologies. Outside work, Ian enjoys Fishing and supports Manchester United.

Will Robson
Will joined the business as an apprentice, shortly after leaving school in 2020. Following successful completion of an NVQ, Will is now seeking to expand his knowledge in Air to Water Heat Pumps and VRF Design. Outside work, Will is a keen footballer, playing for his local team Ashby Ivanhoe.

Eddie Richardson
As of late 2023, Eddie is a third year apprentice with Logicool. Prior to this Eddie gained qualifications in Sport Management and subsequently volunteered in New Zealand, working with a local rugby Club. On his return, Eddie joined a local HVAC installer before joining Logicool as an apprentice. Eddie is keen to progress into on-site Technical Support and spends a lot of time shadowing our Lead Technical Engineers.

Lisa Thompson
Lisa joined Logicool in 2021 and is responsible for processing orders and helping customers meet their deadlines. Lisa is very passionate about helping customers and always works with a smile on her face despite any pressures that the day may bring. Outside work Lisa is a Mum and is passionate about Cars and Music

Stephen Reece
Steve is our National Sales Manager. He has responsibility for growing and maintaining our business as it adapts to new technologies and Logicool continues it's upward growth curve. Steve has 35 years' industry experience, starting as an engineer, progressing to a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and then forming and managing the Mitsubishi Electric Bristol office since 1996. Prior to joining Logicool in 2023, Steve was a close friend of the business since 2010 being instrumental in assisting Logicool with attaining our VAR Status in 2010. Steve is a Dad of two and spends most of his free time with his Children, his wife Art and his extended family.

Kerry Nicholson
Kerry is responsible for processing orders and helping manage efficiency processes. Prior to joining Logicool, Kerry worked in Government for many years. Outside work, Kerry is a devoted Mum (and soon to be Grandmother) to two grown up daughters and a keen runner, recently completing the Edinburgh Marathon in 2022.

David Moll
Dave has worked in the AC supply sector for over 30 years. He has a breadth of knowledge with regards to selecting equipment, preparing quotations, stock management and order processing. Outside work, Dave is passionate about sport and enjoys watching his children compete at Rugby and Football.

Amy Phillips
Amy is part of the Logicool Credit Control team, working closely with Gill and Anna to ensure that everything is processed and invoiced accurately and that all problems relating to invoices and credits are dealt with promptly. Amy is a dedicated Mum of two and keeps everyone in the office entertained.

Barry Wallace
Barry joined the business in 2022, bringing with him over 30 years of industry experience in Contracting, Installation and Service. Barry is the go to person for project quotations and is a welcome addition to the team as he brings us experience and knowledge from the point of view of our customer base.

Trevor Summers
Trevor manages all incomings and outgoings in the Warehouse as well as ensuring the stock and locations are run efficiently. This is a hugely important area of the business. Being a stocking distributor, we have to ensure our stock levels are accurate. Trevor is a keen supporter of Derby County.
Anna Tedeschi
Anna has been a vital member of the Logicool team since 2013. She continues to help new starters and is responsible for Sales and Purchase Ledger, working closely with Gill. Outside work, Anna is a passionate Mum and Grandmother, always being on hand to support her family.

Tiffany
Welfare Officer. Tiff is the most valued member of the Logicool team. She is always on paw to offer support when our Sales Order Processing Team feel upset because the supply chain crisis causes unavoidable and challenging conversations with clients which are out of our control. Tiffany also provides demonstrates excellent communication techniques, especially when unwanted visitors come to the door. 2024 update: Tiff would also like to thank those wonderful clients and suppliers who have taken the time to read this page and sent her biscuits.
Lisa Bishop
Lisa Joined the AC industry 994 as a Spares Administrator in a temporary role on a temporary four week contract. She remained in this role for seven years and never left the industry. Lisa has since built up a wealth of experience working for both Distribution and Manufacturing before joining Logicool in 2024. Outside work, Lisa supports Southampton FC, enjoys watching F1 and relaxes by taking her Cocker Spaniel for walks.

Ken Hood
Ken is from Dundee in Scotland. Ken gained a HND in Building Services Design and Project Management whilst working with a HVAC Contractor. Ken then spent 25 years specialising in BMS Technical Support and Sales before moving into the Renewables Sector in 2010. Ken's experience in HVAC< Controls and Renewables was a perfect fit for the emerging Heat Pump industry and his skills complement our experience team. In his spare time Ken is a keen photographer and also a senior manager with the largest Sci-Fi convention in the East Midlands, dealing with Film & TV personalities at this annual event which welcomes around 10,000 visitors to the Nottingham Ice Arena over the course of the weekend.

Tom Gravener
Tom joined Logicool as a First Year Apprentice in 2023. Tom is very driven and determined to impress. He has gelled very well with our young Apprenticeship team and is a pleasure for us all to work with. Tom has great potential in the business and we all look forward to seeing how his career progresses in an ever-changing and developing industry. Outside work, Tom is a keen Golfer and Skier and also spends time at the Gym.
