Logicool Supports Customer Marc Newbold and his Award Winning Moustache!
Marc Newbold of Aircon Services is one Logicool's oldest and most loyal customers.
Logicool were proud to support Marc during Movember which raises money and increases awareness of Male Prostate Cancer.
Marc attended a Movember night at The Tap House in Smisby, home of the recent Logicool christmas beers and won best Mo' of the month for which he was very grateful, as at the age of 40 he stated "I have never won anything before!".

Logicool announce Mitsubishi Electric Partnership
Logicool is proud to announce a new deal with Mitsubishi Electric. The agreement sees Logicool appointed as a Valued Added Reseller on a five year rolling contract. This will allow customers to purchase the full range of Mitsubishi Electric range from Logicool including M Series, Mr. Slim, City Multi, Lossnay and Ecodan products.
The deal is effective immediately. Logicool have in fact been progressing to this stage for twelve months and in that time have been selling and promoting Mitsubishi Electric to a number of existing customers. This has allowed Logicool personnel to become fully up to speed with this product range and with Mitsubishi Electric as an organisation thus ensuring that new customers will be met with a knowledgeable and experienced team.
Karl Richardson, Managing Director of Logicool has strong ties with Mitsubishi Electric having been involved with the brand since 1992. Karl comments that "this is an exciting development for Logicool and is a fantastic pat on the back for all the hard work we have done since our incorporation in 2008. Mitsubishi Electric is the clear market leader in Air Conditioning and to be linked directly with a brand as strong as this gives the market a clear sign that Logicool are becoming an important and respected distributor and re-seller of Air Conditioning and Heating products".
Logicool announce South Coast presence
Respected industry veteran Steve Glover joined Logicool on 1st January 2011. This appointment gives Logicool a presence on the South Coast which is a key area in the long term growth plan for the Company.
Steve is vastly experienced having had personal knowledge of operating a company of a similar size (The Air Conditioning Agency) to Logicool, and also having worked with major manufacturer Daikin UK.
Steve has been appointed as Business Development Manager and his role will be to generate sales in the South Coast and also to provide support and advice to the business as it continues to grow at a rapid pace.
Steve stated that he "is genuinely excited to be involved", and added "Logicool is a young, technically biased and personal business giving good old-fashioned customer service! Most industry suppliers seem to have forgotten such basic customer requirements in recent times”. Steve commented that “he is also looking forward to using his experiences from his 35 years in the air conditioning industry to help this ambitious company succeed in other areas as well as sales".
Karl Richardson, MD of Logicool added, "Steve has already hit the ground running and taken some good orders. In addition he has implemented some procedures and ideas here which will ease our progression and ensure that we do not lose our personal and professional touch as we grow. I am delighted that he has joined and he definitely brings a big personality as well as lots of experience!"
